About credit refunds

• You can cancel any flight for an instant 80% credit refund. No questions asked.
• You’ll receive the credit in your Wallet in the app.
• You’ll be able to use your credit after your free trial, as long as you stay subscribed to Prime. It's valid for 12 months.
• You can cancel 2 flights per year, up to 24 hours before departure.
• Refunds are based on the cost of your flight. Bags and extras aren’t included in the refund amount. Refund credit can’t be exchanged for cash.
• By requesting a cancellation for credit, you forfeit your right to apply for a refund with the airline(s).
